Fan Bingbing范冰冰is a Chinese actress born September 16 1981 in Qingdao in Shandong province.
She graduated from the school Xie Jin's Star School and the Academy Theater in Shanghai.

Fan Bingbing rose to fame after playing Jin Suo, a fragile young girl in the famous sitcom Huan Zhu Ge Ge and his followers in 1998.
In 2007, during the 44th Golden Horse Awards, she received the prize for Best Actress for her supporting role in The Matrimony ( "Marriage").
