The real estate prices increase slowly in the big Chinese cities

The real estate prices in the 70 bigger Chinese cities decreased 0.1% in September on one month, but increased on average of 3.5% on one year.

According to statistics published Wednesday by the National Commission of the development and the reform (NDRC) and the Office of state of statistics (BES), the rate on one year is in receding of 1.8% in relation to the one of the month of August.

In September, the prices of the lodgings for people come back down in the big cities were of 1.3% more elevated than during the same period of last year, and of 0.1% more elevated than in August.

The prices of the commercial and luxury lodgings increased 3.9% and 5.5% respectively on a yearly basis, but decreasing of respective 0.4% and 0.3% in relation to the month of August.

During the second quarter, the average of the real estate prices in the 70 cities increased 9.2% on a yearly basis, against 11% for the first quarter.
