Real Estate in Beijing: of the buildings on plan to extremely elevated price
According to the Daily Xinjing, a building on plan to extremely elevated price, either 70 000 yuans the square meter, saw the day. Even smallest apartment costs more than 38 000 000 yuans.
These buildings on plan, that carry the name of "Center Yintai", are located at the north of the international Center of trade of Beijing. The building of which the middle price to the square meter is of 70 000 yuans is called" Palace Boyue" and it consists of 21 apartments. The smallest of this apartments has a surface of 550 square meters whereas the surface of the biggest reached more than 800 square meters. Thus, even smallest apartment costs more than 38 000 000 yuans.
One says that it is the sector that plays the role determining in the fixing of the prices raised of this building. On present hour, 7 apartments out of 21 have already been reserved. The owners are mainly Chinese or foreign entrepreneurs, but they are all of Chinese origin.
