Kenya lauds China for evolution projects
NAIROBI, Aug. 21 — The Kenyan government on Friday lauded China for funding diverse evolution projects in the country.
Speaking in Nairobi during a meeting with officials of the China-Africa Development Fund led by the Chief Executive Officer Chi Jianxin in Nairobi, President Mwai Kibaki likewise spoke highly of the Asian nation for providing technical uphold for Kenya.
A clincher issued behind the meeting said the President Kibaki and China-Africa Development Fund officials discussed how best the CAD fund could uphold Kenyan projects in energy, infrastructure, mining and real property development.
“President Kibaki prepaid luminous tribute to China for providing both technical and financial uphold for evolution projects in the country,” the clincher said.
The Kenyan chair expressed the government s commitment to enhancing cooperation between the two countries for the avail of the peoples.
The especial fund established in 2007 is aimed at encouraging and expanding investment by Hakka companies in Africa.
