A CCTV account Tuesday said that China Petroleum Huayou Beijing Service Corporation, a logistics service organization of CNPC, purchased more than 1,000 apartments in Beijing for 2.06 billion yuan for its employees with the unit price clerking for just 30 percentage of the market price.

The account said CNPC purchased the units at 8,170 yuan per square meter, whereas a salesman disclosed to the reporters that the quarters structure will open in September and the market price is expected to be 23,000 yuan per square speedometer since it is situated in a prime location in Beijing.
