China calls France to take concrete actions to improve the bilateral relations

France must take the initiative of concrete actions and must make some efforts to allow the China-France relations to take a normal course, declared Thursday in Beijing the spokeswoman of the Chinese ministry of the foreign business Jiang Yus.

"We made several RESUMPTIONS notice that China was not responsible person of the difficulties currently existing in the Sino French relations", indicated Mrs.. Jiang at the time of a regular press conference, in answer to the question to know if the two countries tried to improve their bilateral relations.

The bilateral relations got cold following the meeting between the Dalai llama and the French president Nicolas Sarkozy in last December in Poland. China had reported the 11st China-EU Summit thus briskly and had protested against this meeting.

France must answer for positive and active manner to the concerns that result more from the heart in China, declared Mrs. Jiang.

China is uncompromising on the point that Tibet is an inalienable part of China and that the relative problems in Tibet are a strictly interior business. She opposes use, by no country, organization or individual, of the Dalai llama to intervene in state affairs, underlined the spokeswoman complicates.
