A Web site of the pirated Chinese government with a girl in bikini

The morning of December 5 around 9:23, the Web site of the Office of trade of the city of Jingzhou (jingzhou.gov.cn), in the priovince of the Hubei has been pirated, the page of the profiles of the leaders having been replaced by a photo of a Chinese youngster little clothed.
One could see on the page presenting the leader of the Office, a photo of a young woman in bikini, while presenting the text it had been replaced by "Me toast to my" girlfriend’s birthday.
To 9:28, the info had already made the tour of the Chinese and the web server was overloaded of visitors.
On this day, The site is not always re-established, the hotel having had difficulty contacting notably the web agency responsible for the creation of the site to put the things back in order.
The guilty party has not yet been discovered, but one does not doubt that he risks very big if he makes himself take.
