United States and China agree to reinforce the efforts to promote the talks to Six

China and the United States agreed Wednesday to increase their efforts to promote the Six talks to on the nuclear issue in the peninsula of Korea.

All parties concerned must make proof of calmness and restraint, in combining their efforts to promote the process of the talks to sauvegarter Six and the peace and the stability in the peninsula of Korea, indicated the Chinese minister of the Business strangers Yang Jiechi at the time of his interview with his American counterpart Hillary Clinton in Washington.

Underlining that the objective of a Denuclearization of the peninsula was necessary, Mrs.. Clinton wished that the talks to Six, regroup that China, South Korea, the United States, Japan, the popular democratic Republic of Korea (DPRK) and Russia, can continue.

The six shares finished their third meeting of the 6th round of the talks in December 2008 in Beijing without achieving substantial progress on the way to verify the nuclear facilities of the DPRK.

 

"We consider that the talks to six are in the center of our efforts to solve what occurred on the Peninsula, had indicated in Beijing beginning March Stephen Bosworth, the American special representative of the loaded file of the DPRK.

March 7, the Chinese foreign minister of the Business had called all parties concerned to make efforts to make Six devised advance the talks.

Mr. and Mrs. Yang. Clinton also debated other files as Afghanistan, the stability in the South of Asia, the Iranian nuclear issue, the process of peace to the Middle East and the problem of Darfur in Sudan.

They agreed to pursue their coordination and their diplomatic exchanges on the regional problems and intenrationaux and to work together to look for solutions adapted to the most sensitive problems.
