The Chinese president Hu Jintao met the American secretary of state Hillary Clinton Saturday in Beijing, underlining that he is more important than ever to develop and to deepen the Sino American relations.

Mr. Mrs. Hu appreciated. Clinton for his inaugural visit in China and in other Asian countries since his recent entry in function, indicating that this tour reflected the importance that the United States to grant China and Asia.

Hu Jintao also addressed an invitation to the American president Barak Obama to visit China, to his best suitability. The Sino American relations represent one of the most important bilateral relations in the world to the 21st century, affirmed Hu Jintao, underline that he is more important than ever to develop and to deepen the Sino American relations, facing the world financial crisis and to the most pressing world challenges.

China always considered the American Sino relations of one strategic point of view and in a long-term perspective and she is ready to reinforce the consultation and the coordination with the United States on important international and regional issues, he has made to notice.

Hu Jintao said that China would work with the United States to counter the impact of the international financial crisis, to approach the global climatic change efficiently and to make advance the bilateral relations, jointly.

The Chinese president also affirmed that China was arranged to intensify the exchanges and cooperation with the United States in domains as the economy, the trade, struggle against terrorism, the setting in the application of the law, the science, the education, the culture, the public health, the energy and the environmental protection.

The American secretary of state Hillary Clinton has, on his side, declared that the Sino American relations had just entered in a new era of cooperation and that the two parts share common interests on a big number of world issues. She assured that the United States were arranged to reinforce cooperation with China in different domains.
