Rise of the exports Swiss chocolates toward China

The export Swiss chocolates toward China didn’t stop of increased, China having passed, in six years, of the 100th to the 34th rank of the Swiss chocolate importers, announced Friday the association central Chocosuisse.
In 2002, the Swiss producers of chocolate didn’t deliver more annually that two tons in China, while in 2007, this volume bounded to 308 tons, indicated Franz Schmid, director of the association central Chocosuisse, mentioned by the agency of press Swiss ATS.
In value, the exports Swiss chocolates toward China passed during this lapse of time of 57 000 to 2,11 millions Swiss francs (1 dollar = 1.06 Swiss franc), added M. Schmid.
According to the Sweets organization Global Network, China doesn’t represent for the hour more that a percent of the world market of the chocolate, but the tendency is to a lightning growth.
