New anti-monopoly Chinese law
China adopted its first anti-monopoly law at 01/08/2008 in gestation since 10 years by the Chinese Parliament. The law will contribute to the development of an economy more opened in China. Indeed, the laws against the competition by inappropriate means already exist in China, as the law on the prices, the law on the outside trade and the law on the fixing of the prices. This new law is more complete than the other. She permits to dam up the monopolistic behaviors in order to reinforce the efficiency of the Chinese economy. Her also worried the foreign investors. The anti-monopoly law is necessary to coordinate the procedures scattered of the various gouvernementales.Toutes agencies the big western enterprises remain prudent while waiting to know its modes of application.
A question always comes with the setting up of a new law: Who will the first enterprise be condemned by the Chinese government?
Can be Microsoft. There are already the Chinese enterprises that want to condemn Microsoft, for abuse of dominant position.
