Party secretary meets BIE Secretary General

Shanghai Party secretary Yu Zhengsheng yesterday met Vicente Gonzalez Loscertales, Secretary General of the Bureau of International Exhibitions.
Yu told Vicente Loscertales that preparations for Expo 2010 are going smoothly. Offices have been set up to undertake the peculiar tasks including security protect management, promotions, tourism and volunteers, he said.
Loscertales expressed his satisfaction with the preparations. He said the preparations were ever fitter than expected. He was confident that Expo 2010 would attract more participants and visitors.
Shanghai Vice Mayor Yang Xiong, deputy director common of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination Zhou Hanmin, fulltime deputy director of the World Expo 2010 Shanghai Executive Committee Zhong Yanqun and Hua Junduo, China s commissioner common for World Expo 2010, likewise attended the meeting.
