More of investments in the construction of lodgings for the inhabitants to weak incomes
China 1 551 invested billions of yuan (227.1 billions of dollars) in the construction of lodgings during the first nine months of the year, on the increase of 28.7% in relation to the same period of last year, announced Tuesday the Office of state of Statistics (BES).
On the total amount, 63.8 billions of yuan have been used in projects of construction to the inhabitants intended to weak incomes, either a rise of 19.9%.
About 2404 m?? of billions of lodgings have been constructed from January to September, on the increase of 20.3%, whereas the real estate societies developed 179 million square meters of land for the real estate development in the country, decreasing of 1.6% .
Until end September, the vacant commercial real estates reached 130 millions of square meters in China, on the increase of 10.2%, added the BES.
