Lenovo becomes a Senior Sponsor of Computing Equipment and System Operation Service of Expo 2010.

Lenovo today signed an agreement with the World Expo 2010 Shanghai to become a Senior Sponsor of Computing Equipment and System Operation Service of the mega event. Lenovo will provide operation uphold of the client system, and computing hardware and operation services for the event. Present at the signing were Shanghai Vice Mayor and executive deputy director of the Executive Committee of the World Expo 2010 Shanghai Yang Xiong, fulltime deputy director of the World Expo 2010 Shanghai Executive Committee Zhong Yanqun, and Lenovo CEO Yang Yuanqing. Chen Xianjin, deputy director common of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, signed the agreement with Chen Shaopeng, Senior Vice President, Emerging Markets of Lenovo.
