Expo Boulevard took on mould by the 300-day countdown of the Expo 2010 which is to start on next May 1.

The three-level boulevard has six horn-like structures that will each be roughly the size of two basketball courts. The horns, known as Sunny Valley, will spread sunshine into the boulevard s subway level and accumulate water for irrigation.

The water will be collected subway with ditches and at last will flow into a water pond measuring 7,000 cubic meters. The water will be used for irrigation and cleaning the toilets. This could save roughly 50,000 cubic meters of water consumption for Expo Boulevard.

The temperature in boulevard will be kept in favorable terms across natural wind, water spray and other ways. The especial building will likewise protect the visitor from excessive sunshine.

There are roughly 10,000 joints in the six Sunny Valleys and every joint has a different corner and position.

It will be linked to a Metro Line 13 station. More than 50 percentage of the 70 million expected visitors will start the Expo site from the boulevard. It is expected to be another Detroit heart behind Expo 2010.
