China will hold with the United States the dialogues on the man’s rights

China will result some dialogue with the United States on the related questions from the man’s rights, on the basis of the mutual respect and noninterference in the affairs of each state, declared Saturday the Chinese minister of the Business strangers Yang Jiechi.

"Although some differences exist, China is arranged to undertake some dialogue with the United States to make advance the situation of the man’s rights, on the basis of the mutual respect and noninterference in the affairs of each state of the countries," affirmed Mr. Yang.

The Chinese foreign minister of the Business made this declaration at the time of a press conference joined with the American State Secretary, Hillary Clinton, after their interview.

Yang Jiechi indicated that the constitution garantisait complicates the rights of the man of his citizens, and that China would exchange points of view in this regard with the United States.

As for the climatic change, Mr. Yang said that the two parties agreed to assure the success of the Conference of Copenhagen in December 2009.

Cooperation for energizing the resources and the protection of the environment is important for the bilateral relations ", it has said.

Hillary Clinton indicated that the United States and China will establish a "significant partnership to develop the technologies relating to the clean energies and will accelerate the transition toward a carbon economy in temperate. The productive cooperation will include the renewable energies, the catchment and the storage of the carbon dioxide, and the energizing efficiency.

"We are going to hold regular consultations between the high commissioners of our respective governments on all elements of this vast cooperation", declared Mrs. Clinton.

China is the last stop of Hillary Clinton’s Asian tour. She must also meet Saturday the Chinese president Hu Jintao, the Chinese Prime minister Wen Jiabao and the Chinese state Adviser of Dai Bingguo.
