my buddy live in china and I reside in usa,we would like to meet in turkey for some trip,but I’m not sure how hard it will be for her to get a visa to turkey.

Yes Chinese citizens “passport holders” are required to have visa to enter Turkey.China diplomatic passport holders are exempt from visa for their travels up to 90 days.
