Daxin Fu, an old man of seventy-nine years has been condemned to two years of jail for one flight done in the railway station of Peking. In the hope to be tidy in jail, Fu implored the court to give him a sterner pain.

Fu is an agriculturist of the province of the Hunan, and all his brothers and sisters live a difficult social situation. Old bachelor, he doesn't have enough strength anymore to make the farmworks. Even though the committee of the village gave him 600 yuans of subsidy every year, it has difficulty joining the two tips.

In the impossibility to earn his life, Fu decided to make know his problem in an astonishing way:  while committing a flight in Peking. He stole a woman thus last September 8 and he has been stopped officially ten days later. November 24, the court condemned the old man to two years of jail and to a fine of 6000 yuans.

Fu said that he knew that he was badly to fly, but that it was too old to earn his life. He affirms that it will behave correctly and hope to remain in the jail as worker, in having concerns thus more on his future.

Li Helin, a researcher to the academy of social studies of Peking, noted that it was there about an unique case. The state took note of the problems of care for the aged people in the farming zones and took some measures to settle the problem of people that doesn't have endowment of insurance. Because the support of their own family is the main source of care for the aged people in the farming regions of China, the state had had the emergency special measures targeting the poorest that didn't have any children until now only.
