Decidedly this last time, the collaboration of the foreign sino JV seems very difficult. After the disappointments of the giant food Danone with Wahaha's partner, the American Visonary Vehicles paid of a treason of the automotive constructor Chery.

In 2004, the bride was beautiful, this joint venture signed between Malcolm Bricklin and Chery, the constructor of Wuhu (Zhejiang).

With his network of Visionary Vehicles, the flaming businessman made itself strong to flood the American market of the cars low cost of Chery. But end 2006 without thinking, Chery turns blouse, and leave to the Chrysler competition, with weapons and luggage:  farewell, veal, cow, pig, brood! Now, Bricklin accuses the Chinese of him having deceived not to have feigned their cooperation that to attract the big of the sector:  a Chrysler, a foot in the tomb, could not let the Chinese penetrate on his market - except as his partner, producing his own cars under license, creating a synergy between quality of American and low Chinese price, what they ended up agreeing, on the back of Bricklin,. To the court, Bricklin accuses as Chery to have bribed one of his employees to get his plan of investment. Gobbler of the stuffing, he asks among others for the 26 millions of dollars that he had placed in the business. The only winner, in finale, could be Chery:  so in some years, he releases Chrysler, once his acquired technology and his market!
