The Agricultural Bank of China become a society by actions

The Agricultural Bank of China (FERRY) became a society offciellement actions by Friday to be the last of the four bigger commercial banks of state to finish his restructuring.
Central Huijin Investment Co., one of the arms of the sovereign fund of the country, and the Chinese Ministry of Ministry of Finance detains a half each of the actions of this new society.
The former governor of the Xiang Junbo FERRY has been named president of the board of directors, while the former vice-governor of the FERRY Zhang Yun has been named governor of the new bank and vice-president of the board of directors.
The new bank got its operating license of Thursday.
